Teachers: Professional Chefs with great experience as chefs and as teachers
Methodology: A methodology active and interactive. The program includes food preparation skills from simple to advanced methods emphasizing on practical application following relevant theory. Most of the program is hands-on providing the students with educational, dynamic and interactive activities.
