- Providing the skills and knowledge to prepare “New Creation Dishes”. Experiment new recipes based on traditional dishes.
- Furnishing instruction thorough the new culinary tendencies in the Basque Cooking.
- Encouraging reinterpreting Basque Traditional Cuisine dishes.
- Providing students with well-maintained equipment and facilities that mimic current industry standards and trends.
TEACHING MATERIAL: A folder with documentation of the lessons will be provided.
CERTIFICATES: Upon finishing the course, a Certificate will be provided.
