THURSDAY: From 16:00 to 20:00
- Vegetables, rice, pasta and egg récipes.
- Iberian ham carving masterclass.
- Cheese, oil and wine tasting.
FRIDAY: From 09:30 to 14:30 in a Gastronomic Society
- Our teachers start the class by taking students to the market where a selection of seasonal ingredients for cooking will be bought. Upon arriving to the Gastronomic Society where that day the class will be held, students will be taken to the heart of San Sebastian’s traditional cooking world.
- Lunch at the Gastronomic Society.
